Experiences Rooted in Story, Table, Wine, and Place
Akaurta Karmidamo brings Georgian heritage to life through immersive dining, wine, creative retreats, corporate programs, and curated tours near Bolnisi.

A Play You Can Taste
Experience Ilia Chavchavadze’s “Is That a Man?!” in a form that moves from performance to table. Our theatrical dining experience brings characters, humor, and culinary rivalry into the room, inviting guests to taste, listen, laugh, and take part in the story. It is literature made lively through food, conversation, and shared Georgian hospitality.

Corporate Retreats & Team Experiences
Akaurta Karmidamo offers a distinctive setting for strategic sessions, team building, workshops, and restorative group experiences. Our traditional oda can host up to 40 guests and can be paired with coffee breaks, wine tastings, nature-based activities, art therapy, yoga, meditation, and tailored psychological support programs.
Inner Homestead
Set beside the river and surrounded by nature, Inner Homestead is designed for reflection, creative renewal, and emotional rest. Through art therapy, mindful practices, metaphorical reflection, yoga, and quiet time in the landscape, guests are invited to slow down and reconnect with their inner resources.

Tours Through Kvemo Kartli
Kvemo Kartli is a region of beginnings: early Georgian literature, ancient inscriptions, Dmanisi’s first Europeans, the 8,000-year story of wine, and some of Georgia’s most powerful landscapes. Our curated routes connect these layers through history, nature, wine, local people, and living stories.
One available route is “Fortresses and Canyons,” introducing guests to Samshvilde and Kveshi fortresses, dramatic views, and the region’s distinctive landscapes. Other routes can be shaped around culture, wine, history, corporate groups, or private travel interests.
